Killarney Triathlon Club hosted its inaugural triathlon in Ballinskelligs, Co. Kerry on Saturday 13th June. It was an extremely successful day enjoyed by many athletes, volunteers and spectators. Check out the Ballinskelligs Triathlon page on the website for more footage from the day.
Well done to all of our members who took part in our annual Indoor Triathlon in aid of Kerry Stars. Thank you to Killarney Sports and Leisure Centre for hosting the event and running it smoothly. On Thursday 5th Feb we hosted our club Open Night in Fredericks, The Great Southern Hotel. We had a great turnout at the event. Thank you to everyone who attended. We heard from a mix of speakers who shared their own experiences of being part of Killarney Triathlon Club and shared all of the wonderful things we get up to year on year.
31st January 2026
Triathlon Ireland provided our club with a Women’s Winter Wellness Grant to allow us to do something special for the ladies of the club. On Saturday the 31st January we began with Killarney House Parkrun where we celebrated some of our members’ parkrun milestones (including some of our male members!). The ladies then enjoyed a beautiful yoga session at Nave Yoga followed by a delicious lunch and chats in the Racecourse Café. It was a wonderful opportunity for the women of the club to come together and everyone enjoyed themselves.
Dundag Beach, Christmas Day 2025
Together with Killarney Cycling Club we organised this very special event. All donations were in aid of the charity AWARE. There was a record number of people present in absolutely beautiful conditions.
